Annexation of the freshly seceded Yukon Territory prompted a war with Canada, which increased the size of the US considerably. Venezuela, the Central American Union and the countries of the Caribbean declare war on the United States, and are subsequently annexed to "ensure stability in the region".

Synopsis of Recent Events- After a coup by the drug cartels following the election of a president potentially harmful to them was put down with the help of the United States, Mexico finally had had enough and handed over their states bordering the US, where the cartels were most prevalent. During the Caribbean-American War, the Mexicans, out of gratitude for the Americans' past assistance, halted the Central American advance towards the southern border of the US.

They have since become what North Korea was years earlier, a nation ruled by a despot which no nation on Earth stakes seriously, only kept in power (and in check) by their much more powerful neighbor, Brazil.
